Newbie wanting to make improvements

I have a '98 4Runner, that is pretty much stock everything. I want to put a 3" lift on it, been looking at the toytec 3" LIFT KIT WITH FRONT AND REAR OME COILS, is this a good lift to put on it. I also want to know what size tires and wheels would look good on it.
