Sorry if this has been covered extensively on this board, but I am trying to find out what is necessary to put in a JVC headunit into a 2004 SE non-JBL system. I'm not the owner..i'm trying to buy as a gift adapters necessary to get the JVC hooked into the stock speakers. I already bought the faceplate, brackets, and ipod cable and I'm not sure what is easiest without having to cut and splice existing harness. Thanks in advanced.

Metra 70-1761 harness is what will adapt the factory plug to the after market head unit. If it has the JBL system it requires the Metra TYTO-01
Dash kit for that vehicle (sounds like you already have it) is the Metra 99-8206. If it has JBL is requires the Metra 99-8210
