Newest home made Gun rack

Made a nice simple holder for my pistol. It is a convenient location and meets legal requirements of being in a visible location. We have Open carry here in Montana and this makes it easy to bring the pistol on my 4x4 adventures. We always end up doing a bit of shooting in the Mountains here.

Actually it doesn't, but I shift with my palms, more than wrap my hand around the knob. (that's what she said) I have considered moving it downward just a bit in case someone else drives the 4runner.
