NGK Laser Platinum Spark Plug for T4R V6

Has anyone installed NGK PLFR6A-11 Laser Platinum Spark Plug on a 4th Gen T4R?

I have a 2007 T4R SR5 V6 4.0 Liter 4WD. It is time to change the factory standard spark plugs. I want to use platinum plugs preferably the Bosch 4 Prong plugs. But looks like those plugs are not applicable to Toyoto 4Runners.

The next best one is the NGK PLFR6A-11 Laser Platinum Spark Plug. The best price I have found so far is in Amazon at $11.89 a piece (no tax and shipping).

Would like to make sure if the part number is correct or not and if anyone has installed it? If so, does it work without any issues? Is this a reasonable price?

Your manual has the reference number for NGK plugs.....I talked to my toyota dealer ( I know...I know) but they talked me out of the higher priced plugs and recommended the regular DENSO plugs.... I paid a little less than $4 a piece at the dealer for them.

I changed mine at aboout 37k miles and they were in need of replacement. All of it was very easy except for the drivers side rear plug, my swivel adapter for the ratchet made it much easier to get to.

I've seen others w/ threads on using other plugs, but I'm getting about 20 mpg in the city, and 22-23 hwy w/ these plugs. I'm sure running stock w/ Michelins CTs keeps me on the upper end of the mpg curve.
