I just sold my baby (May 2010, TOTM) and I had this transmission cooler sitting in the box brand new. I bought it and simply never got around to installing it. It was purchased from Toyota of Puyallup in Washington, and I have the receipt for $184.54 still with the box (list price is $338 according to this receipt).
$160 shipped to CONUS. It looks like a pretty easy install, it's just a matter of mounting and plumbing it to the tranny. Don't be towing without it, or just extend the longevity of your tranny.
