FS: 4th Gen RPM Front Bumper, Mesa AZ

Bought my 4runner with this bumper installed, but I don't like it so I took it off. Just looking to get it out of my garage. Unsure of how long its been installed. Comes with everything pictured, including the lights (unsure if they work), a bag of hardware (possibly incomplete), and mounting brackets.

The top powder coat has been rubber off in some areas as you can see in the pics. Has some surface rust but nothing deep. Should be able to repaint or repowder and it'll look brand new.
