Nippon vs NGK - My Observations

I just changed plugs with about 33500 miles on my '06 6 cylinder. As you all probably know by now, the original equipment included Nippon Denso on the passenger side and NGK's on the driver's side. I replaced all with NGK's from NAPA which ran about $5.30 each. For what it is worth the Densos looked much bettter than the NGK's at this time. Actual ware and gap looked pretty similar but the NGK's had sort a greenish coating / appearance on the regularly white part of the plug. The Denso's looked pretty much like they do when you install them. I went ahead and installed the NGK's but will probably install Denso's from here on out. In fact I may not wait the entire 30,000 to change them out again. How does this compare with what you have seen?
