No Cruise Control Light

Just picked up a low mileage 99 Limited and while driving home noticed the CC light on the dash doesn't come on and I couldn't get it to engage. Pulled out my test light and checked all the fuses under the hood and the dash, all good.

Did some searching and read that brake and park lights out can cause CC not to engage, but mine are all working. Anybody have any experience with the light not coming on?

a few of my dash indicator lights are not working. I am pretty sure it is the bulb. My CC works the same as when the bulbs were working. Though the resume function has not worked since I bought the runner

Turns out the bulb in the IP is burned out, cruise works just fine.
