4Th Gen - 2003 V8 - No heat while in idle or driving, blower turns on. Ideas?

Obvious question, but do you have enough coolant in the truck? And does it actually get up to temp?
Easy places to start would be the thermostat, blend door, heater core flush.

Until yesterday, I had no heat for the past couple of months. In my case it was because of jammed linkage on a blend door actuator. However, this was accompanied with a buzzing noise for about 20 seconds after starting the vehicle. After freeing the linkage the noise went away and I now have heating.
