no low beam lights on my '93 4Runner!!!

The low beams on my '93 4Runner stopped working. High beams work fine in forward and back positions. Fuses under hood are all good. Could the relay next to fuses under hood be the problem? Maybe the switch lever in the steering column? Don't know where to look first. Anyone else had this problem? All suggestions welcome.

The headlight fuses are for L and R, not Hi and Lo. There is a relay involved, inline before the fuses, so if it was bad neither Hi nor Lo would work.

It may be the switch pod on the column.

low beams fixed!!!

I have to admit that I was pretty skeptical that both bulbs would burn out at once - they're both pretty new Performance Products Xenon 100/80W. Well, they were burned out only a year after installation. The factory 65/45W still work and are back in. I guess there's a lesson here...

Thanks all for the help. Just glad I don't have the steering column/switch torn down right now.
