No power to harness on pass side seat HELP

I did a power seat swap on my '03. The drivers plugged in and works flawlessly. The passenger? Not so much. For some reason there isn't any power going to harness. I ran a lead over to the seat itself and dumped it to test it and it works fine, but for some reason I don't have power. I checked all the power seat fuses and they are fine. My next guess is the relay, but I could use a little help locating it. Are there other fuses that I should look at? Also I did a map light LED swap and they don't work anymore. I checked the fuses and they are fine I replaced the bulbs with the original ones an still nothing. thoughts? Are both of these issues related?

My sr5 did not have power running to the seat plug. i wired it up to the smoker kit plug.
