no power to injector #4 1986

I have an 86 with 22re and cylinder4 misfires, it gets spark, but there appears to be no power going to the #4 injector. does anyone have a good schematic of this or suggestions?
I'm pretty good with carbureted engines but fuel injection is somethi ng I havent had much exp with.

I found that not using my digital meter gave me something else, using a test light I have what appears to be full on positive on both leads going to the #4 injector, does anyone know what I am supposed to see at the lead to the injector?

+12V comes from Ign Sw to resistor module on inner fender. Res module contains 2 resistors that each feed 2 injectors. Each pair of injectors (1/3 and 2/4) have a common return to the ECM, which controls operation by providing a ground.
So you should see +12V at one of the terminals of the wiring harness to each injector.
BTW, each injector should have a resistance of 1.5-3.0 ohms.
