Well, if it runs on starting fluid, the problem has to be injectors/fuel delivery.
Check to see if the fuel pump is running. You can do so by jumping the test connector for it like so:
You should hear the pump start running. If not, check the pump. If it is, see if she starts up with jumper installed. If it does, you'll have to diagnose where the problem is coming from. Could be fuse, MAF, wiring somewhere disconnected or shorted or broken.
If it still doesn't start, even though the pump is running, start looking at the injector pack, wiring to injectors, ground on engine, etc.
This should get you closer to a solution, let's see where it goes from here!
