Noise at full turns

Hey all,
I've had this issue as long as I can remember. Never thought much about it but now that I'm selling the vehicle I thought I may want to know if there's an issue. On my 2005 SE 2WD V8, if I turn the wheel all the way to the right (and I presume full turn to the left), there's a clunking noise that seems to come from the wheels. As mentioned, it's been like that as long as I can remember. I'm the original owner and have only taken it offroad on "easy" trails. It's got 134K miles on it currently. Never had an issue suspension-wise, it just is annoying when I turn the wheel fully. I don't have this issue with my new 4Runner. Anyone have any idea what it is? Thanks.

Grease your steering stops on the back of the front spindles. There is metal to metal contact that can emit an awful noise.

Maybe a bad tie rod. Not hard or expensive to replace. Maybe $80 total in parts for two inner and two outer. If it's ball joints or control arm bushings that is quite a bit more work.

I have no idea what it may be. Once I turn if all the way either direction there's a "clunk" sound. If I don't turn it all the way there are no sounds, vibrations, or anything. What other symptoms are there if it is a specific problem?

my money is on a bad tie rod. you can jack up the front end , hold the tire 3 and 9 oclock, and wiggle it.. any play points to a bad tierod.

Really? You can't look under the car for the steering stops? As 07V8 said if you put a hunk of grease on each of the bolts the symptom should stop. I could not find a picture with the part number but Toyota actually makes little plastic caps to cover the bolts and stop the metal on metal groan. It's an awful sound. Several sellers have a cottage industry selling aftermarket caps:
