Noise coming from front end...

I tried searching for this but there are too many noises to sift through.

2000 SR5 2WD auto...

Whenever I shift from N to D or R, then start to accelerate, I hear a noise that sounds a lot like I have a stick rolling around in my front passenger wheel well (sorry, that is the best way I can explain it). It only lasts for a second and it only happens during my initial acceleration, like if I am parked for a while then go somewhere. I have checked, and there is no debris in there. It happens on flat ground, and slight incline/decline.

An ideas on what it could be?

I just had new tires put on, wouldn't that have knocked some debris out? The noise was there before I got tires as well. I would think that if it was debris, that I would hear it other than the exact times I have specified. It could just sound like it is coming from the wheel. IDK, any chance it could have anything to do with the transmission?
