noise from motor

I cant pin point the sound that my 22re is making since it only happens when im driving if it has no throttle its fine but when you give it a little bit it really rattles and anything over that it goes away again under load also it seems to be worse in 4 low any ideas

How many miles on the timing chain ?
Could be slapping against the cover, which isn't good because it will wear through and then you have oil and coolant mixing.

It was done 100,000km ago so maybe time again for it that was the only thing i was leaning towards runs mint besides the noise, thanks for the suggestion will probably do it after the winter
