Noise in Ventilation Panel of Runner 2005

I have a Toyota four runner 4*4 2005. In the moment I insert the start key and before starting the engine, a strange noise come up in the ventilation control panel for several seconds. Like a motor. After several seconds, the noise is over. Every time I insert the start key happen de the same. Please any ideas?
