Noisy brakes

Every morning when I back out of the drive way my t4r sounds like a train coming to a stop. What is making them do this?

Brake discs tend to oxidize very rapidly, especially in high humidity or after a rain (like the weather we've been having recently). If it goes away after a few breaking cycles I wouldn't worry too much about it. That being said, next time you drive a little bit in stop and go traffic, get out and check the temperature of the wheels to see that it is uniform all around.

If anyone knows, when using one of those thermal point and shoot thermometers, should there be a difference in temp front to back? Also what would be an acceptable difference front drivers side vs. front passenger? would a 50* difference be a sign of a seizing caliper?
