Depends on the wattage, if it's rated at the 55w like the stock bulb, then you have nothing to worry about. If it's one of those that has 80w or 100w, you would be better off with a wiring harness.

id be safe w. that brand..my buddy had some for his headlights and they melted the wiring. i dont remember what they were rated at if were above 55w or not..but ive heard horror stories from that brand. im hoping you dont have any bad luck be safe.

Do the SR5s, SEs and Limited Editions have the same style of fog light bulbs? I think I read somewhere that the foggies are H11s. Could someone please confirm? Thanks.

All 4th gen 4Runners use 9006 for the foglights and 9005 for highbeams. 2006+ use H11 for the lowbeam. 2003-05 use 9006 for lowbeam.

the nokya's yellows i used for the fogs ended up frying my connectors. at first i thought it was just a loose connection when i just noticed that the bulbs would shut off. i moved the connector around a little bit and it would turn right back on. after a couple months of that on both sides, it just permanently shut off. when i went to really check it out, i saw that the connections were fried :bash: . spliced in new connectors and using stock bulbs again for now till i find good, reliable yellow bulbs to use.
