Non rust states- need your help finding a part

for anyone that lives in CA,Fla, etc with no rust areas.. i am looking for a fuel tank skid plate i live in cleveland ohio and mine has rusted away completely... so if you could give me some good recommendations on junk yards that would ship one out to ohio that would be great..thanks
