Hah so much pressure on the newbie lol. Where would you guys prefer to meet a park or a large empty parking lot? For a parking lot I have an idea where at. Lowes on corner of sunrise blvd and greenback lane. There is a huge parking lot and people used to have meets there all the time. It's empty most of the time because it's on the side of the store so no cars park there.

If you guys prefer a park then I'll look for some with good size parking lot to accommodate say at least 15 cars.

If you guys are good with the parking lot I mentioned, we can set a date that works and a time and meet there.
May 10th works for me or any Saturday since it's my day off. I can't meet on the 3rd because it's my b day and I made some other plans.

Let hear some dates from you guys. Any input is good

I'm leaning towards the park. Shade and a quiet location in terms of traffic and cars. Lowes parking lot is next to Sunrise Blvd which is heavy on cars and traffic.

the CEL came back on again within 5 days and I'm hoping is the solenoid.. I might need to drop the pan sooner than I though.. if not, I might be putting a new tranny ( which I don't want to)... anyone wanna help with putting an new tranny?

Hey Al, I already offered my services and place up to you to do your pan. The offer is still open. You might hit up Shane for his professionalism on this as he probably has experience at this section verses me.

To all that is in the bay area that has been trying to put this meet/mod day up.

I apologize for seeming like I'm steeping on all your toes and pushed the kid( thatarielsr5) on getting a meet up setup in Sac or down there. I know a lot of us would be honored to come down there and join up with you all. I've been around enough to know you guys have been doing this as a richual. This is more of a mod/help a brother out with repairs,ect with a meet and greet.
[MENTION=108356]thatarielsr5[/MENTION]... I commend you on being the new guy on trying to put some thing together on this as there are a lot of us up in sac that would like to have and do a meet up to get to know each other.

So for you guys down in the bay... I'm willing to offer up my 2 car drive way for more of your mod/servicing day. Granted it is small, but, do have a shop size compressor, and some air tools, couple of jacks with stands, electricity, with tools, wire feed welder and able to setup as a mig. Also a ac/dc stick welder. I know the place is small, and limited space, and would take the hole street up on both sides for parking, but, the offer is there if you wish.
I have meet a couple of guys down there and have ran with one of you.
Granted i have a gen4, I haven't been able to get any of the same to make any runs like the gen3 and classics.

Count me in as tentative. Depending on the location, I would probably make the Bay Area meet rather than the Sacramento meet.
I only really need the Satoshi mod but I'm sure I could find other things to tinker with....

Gonna get this Sac meet on and fix [MENTION=9322]Supra725[/MENTION]'s trans hopefully, then in the next week or so get this bay area mod day/meet and greet up and going. Everyone has great rigs and I'm looking forward to ogling and stealing ideas. Also [MENTION=88231]having fun[/MENTION], I reread that you have a few different welders….I think we are going to need to talk about this…Im assuming you have some great welding skills or you wouldn't have these welders, so lets talk about my roll bar… :bravo:

I agree, his trans is 1st priority. We can talk about it when we get together.

let me see if they have the solenoids for it.. if not, we might not be able to fix the tranny.. since the code po770 is an bad solenoid and i'm hoping changing it out with the new one would solve the problem..

but if not.. I might be looking into an new tranny or torque converter.. (something I wasn't looking forward to)
