ouch that sucks man it was and still is a pretty damn cold storm. Auburn is a GREAT place well all of Placer County is! my dad was once the GM at Auburn Valley Country Club and loved to visit down there.
 
Received 14" overnight. I've shoveled and snowblowed for more than 4 hours today. Friggin' tired!

where do you ride at? I have the 3mtn w/10 days at BC/Vail and I usually hitup abasin cause it's close. Going up to Vail this weekend though. Hit me up and we can go ride sometime!

What the hell do you do when you've got that much snow on your vehicle?? Scrape it off or just turn the truck on and crank up the heat??

ya im totally down to go boarding im probably going around after christmas but im more interested in buying new tires, a lift doesnt look great with the stock tires, anyone know of any good mudding places near sacramento?

If you grew up in snow country you should already be doing this, Clean as much of the snow off you vehicle as possible before driving. This should be law and is in some northern states. The snow on your hood blows onto your windshield and the snow on your roof covers your back window, if you can't see you shouldn't be driving.

Obviously a pet peeve of mine, I see Idiots out driving around with a slit scraped through their windshield trying to figure out what part of the road they are on.
 
:iagree: I saw this girl the other day with one little scrape across her windshield so she could see like cyclops or something! but yes clean off the snow!
 
does any one know what tyhe roads and snow are like near truckey california?

im going to northstar next week and im hopin for good snow

Drove from San Jose to Lodi tonight from about 7-9 PM. DOWN pour the whole way...it was bad, haven't seen it rain constantly like that in awhile. Its quiet as can be now but we got a good soaking tonight thats for sure
