Hello, I'm a 4runner owner from tropical North Queensland, Australia.
I drive a 2nd Gen (95) with the 3.0 V6 petrol engine, which is unfortunately very rare in this country as I'm starting to find out.
It is a great offroad vehicle and very capable in 4WD. I don't really go offroad just for fun, but it still gets plenty of dirt use simply because most of our roads, other than the main highway, aren't paved down here. Especially around the wet season, you can get actually get bogged on some public roads, even in a 4WD. I had to pull a Landcruiser out of a "pot hole" just a few weeks ago..
Like many people, I'm joining these forums mainly because of a technical problem with my 4runner, but I'm also here for the discussions regarding parts, tires and useful mods.
