Northeast still has dumbest drivers

Yea I was in London for 2 weeks. The nice thing is that cars stop for pedestrians. What a concept! Here is appears that drivers have the right-of-way. What ticks me off the most here in NJ is the Left-Lane-Dicks and people who exit freeways from the fast lane (crossing three lanes of traffic to exit right, 50 feet before the actual ramp)

Driving tests are for appearances. The actual test consists of ascertaining whether the applicant has enough money for license and registration fees.

I grew up in Rhode Island, and now live in Southern California. Not that I'm defending RI drivers, but I would love to see someone from so cal drive in the snow. If it even looks like it's going to rain out here people start crashing into everything. Thier lucky if they can drive in the normal sunny weather.
