not all emblems are the same

So i got lucky (so i thought) and found some brand new black peal badges for a Limited 4runner which i was siked cause ive wanted these things forever! (Not the Limited badge of course)

so anyway i bought them from a lady for $75 she threw in a steering wheel Cable sub assembly. there is only the front emblem the limited emplem the "4runner" emblem and the "toyota" emblem

So just so you know the black pearl badge that goes in the front will not fit in 01 to 02.

here are some photos of my fail lol but you know what its gonna be a win in the end cause i think i can sell them for a pretty good price on ebay unless one of you all give me a good offer haha

Anyway im not trying to make this a for for sale add cause i can do that in the classifieds, but for anyone else that may be looking into this... ya it doesn't work

They did make them for the 01-02 grille. They're impossible to find.

Sure did...I've got the BPs on my '02. Was able to score a complete set from the dealer before they discontinued them. :bigok:

grrrr! so jealous! when i first saw these i was so pumped! i drove out 20 miles to go pick them up and had a smile on my face all the way there and back and then... big face palm lol...

it seems like they are getting a lot of attention on eBay. the first 5 minutes i listed them today i had 4 people watching it now its almost up to 30. i think i can still benefit from this
