not being marked as read?

For the last 18 hours, I have logged in 3-4 times. Still reading the same entries. Nothing is being marked as read. anyone else seeing this? curious.

No problems with it, using IE8. Have you tried click the link on the bottom, "Mark Forums Read"? It's right above "What's going on" on the home page.

Wow, never saw that link before. I'm on 4 major forums and usually they all clear themselves after reading and clearing. ' learn something new every day' big thanks

I agree. When mine doesn't mark itself automatically or logs me out, it's usually a cookie thing.

Being in IT, our most common troubleshooting step is have you cleared cookies and cache? I know it doesn't solve everything, but it's pretty amazing, how effective that works, close and relaunch and the power of rebooting. Takes care a good 60% of the calls.

Actually it does not seem to work. I checked thread sthis AM and closed T4R. Came back hours later and same threads, same replies still there. still a lot of good info,.
oh well. hopelfully when I power up this P4 motherboard, you will be around. IDE2 is dead. HD and CD on IDE1?? just to load windows. fun times ahead. thanks, ran
