NOT STOCK keyless entry/new remote question.

For christmas Im getting keyless entry installed on my truck. However, at Best Buy, I saw that they had VIPER remotes, that had an auxillary button and a few others. They were like 140 for JSUT the remostes., does this mean I can program them to my keyless entry or not? Thanks!
Oh yea, can the auxillary or something be programmed for windows or something else?
