November 5th-13th - Paint Creek - Greeneville, TN

Gents,

Any local T4R guys and or groups near this area? I'm heading down to my parents for a week and plan to take a few trips throughout the Paint Creek area and or throughout the Great Smokeys, if others may be up for it.

I have owned several Jeeps previously and been all over the Paint Creek area and can't get enough of it. Of course, the 4Runner isn't done up like I want but I have already taken the harsh trails the last time down and had no issues.

Thought I would toss it out in the event others may be interested.

I would if I was still in Knoxville. Great fishing area.

I don't know when the last time you were up there, but keep an eye out for mountain bikers. They've taken over a lot of those FR's.

I hit the area about four to six times a year and never saw any bikers. Thanks though and I'll keep an eye out.

Indeed, the fishing is fantastic. I have caught lots of rainbow over the past two days. Largest one being 3 pounds and 18 inches.

Great times.

There are a few different trails. Some are in and out and others are run into NC.
