Nxt Rig? LC250 1958, LC200, T4R TRDP

Im starting to plan out my next purchase in about a year. I plan on gifting my college bound son my 2014 4Runner and purchasing one of these three

LC250 - LC trim if i can afford it, 1958 if i like it

LC200 - newest/lowest mileage i can find and inspect

TRD Pro 4Runner 5th Gen - newest/lowest mileage i can find.

I want to love the LC250, a test drive will be the key. But now that they are around, people are starting to sense what is unlikeable about them. Many are surprised, some love, some do not...
Plan B
Leading me to a late model LC200. Ive always wanted one, and the thought of being able to get the iconic $100-grand vehicle for $40-55k is very attractive to me.
Plan C
If all else failed, i do LOVE my/our 5th Gens...and a TRD Pro, with all of its upgrades over my SR5, would be a nice get that i'd be satisfied with.

Has anyone had experience with all three to be able to give me any advice at all?

How about the new mini Land Cruiser? Starting price about $35,000 and should be in the US as a 2026 model if you can wait that long.

The LC250 is hybrid - so there is that. Not saying that is good or bad - just a thing that is different between it and the other two.

A loaded LC250 (not the 1958 trim as you mentioned) can run you around $70k msrp. This price range brings the Lexus GX550 into play. Just a thought.

In my opinion the 1958 trim LC250 is the LC250 to get, a much better value than the pricier trims. Unless you just HAVE to have the extra goodies or are willing to spend the next trim money to unlock the beautiful two-tone paint jobs.

If you re-upped to another 5th gen, does it have to be a PRO? PROs are trick front suspension and several bolt-on accessories for a huge extra cost? Usually when someone appears to be considering a PRO figuring "well it's the best because it's so expensive, right?", I urge them to consider a TRD Offroad Premium. Can even get KDSS on an "ORP", which a PRO cannot, if you're interested.

Is the 6th gen 4Runner not a possibility in this comparison? You can get them nonhybrid, helping keep the cost down.
