(O2) oxygen sensor location on a 1988 3.0?

Hi guys, I do not have my truck with me now but can someone tell me where the O2 sensor is located.
Is it easy/hard to get at and replace?
My schedule is tight these days and would like to get an idea how long it will take to replace.
I assume it is just plug and play? What tools will I need to do this job?

Not sure about what's involved in replacing it or how long it would take, but it's on the exhaust pipe right in front of the cat. Looks like it's just a couple of bolts and a wire. I can't imagine it taking that long, but I'm no mechanic.

thanks for the reply! it was a very simple job, took about 30 minutes since I had to pull the drivers seat to get to the plug.
