Okay so the 22's came off early december and i've been rocking the stock 16's again and today i was driving around in the blizzard goofing around and had my 4wd on and i kinda spun into this big pile of snow
my tires aren't the best traction so they were slipping on the ice, and i was trying to reverse and go forward and that wasnt working so i tried changing the gear to 4low and then the problems happened.
i eventually got out but after i moved the shifter, the lights on my dashboard quirked out and wouldnt turn on when in drive after an odd little smoke came from under my gauge cluster through the space above the steering wheel.
The truck was fine.. seemed more electrical. I waited a while with the car turned off. tried a couple times to turn it on and when the lights were on and i pulled into drive they would shut off.
finally i waited long enough and The lights stayed on in drive.. but the only problem now is that the dimmer no longer operates and i have no idea why.
sorry for the spelling errors and what not but this has been such a weird day with the 4runner.. this has never happened, any advice?
