I just wanted to give a shout out to Reuben at Odin Designs for his outstanding customer service. We purchased a tent from him over the summer, and as a result of a ham-fisted forklift driver it was damaged slightly during transit (but still functional). We had a very tight turnaround on a trip we were taking, so the damage was noted by the shipper and we took delivery. Reuben was also in contact with the shipper regarding the damages, and he assured us that regardless of the outcome he would take care of us. Reuben offered to make the trip out to Oklahoma from Denver to replace the damaged panel on the tent, today he showed up at the house with a brand new tent instead of a replacement panel. I know there are many choices for RTTs out there, but I have been extremely impressed with the after sale customer service from Reuben and often times that is the most important part of a purchase. Just wanted to share my experience in case any of you are in the market for a tent. :hat:
