Looking for help on new OE rear springs for 97' 4R.

Does anybody have info on spring rates and ride heights for all the OE rear spring part numbers for 3rd Gen rear springs?

TSB SU002-98 spring part number is 48321-35151
along with new bump stops and hollow spring

99' T4R tall rear spring 48231-35210

I am looking for a stiffer spring with little or no ride height increase.
