OEM 2021 trd pro headlights

Question: are 2021 TRD PRO headlights plug and play on other 5th Gen 4Runners? The entire assembly is cheaper than retrofit companies, but my assumption is the ballast and voltage is different.

Probably a stupid question but I can't find an answer on Google.

If you are wondering if you can swap to get an LED on earlier models, the answer is yes, but you need to change the plug. A number of us have done it.

It's quite simple.

Only the non-Led high beam versions are plug and play after a connector swap. These part #s:

81070-35600
81140-35610

Put them on my 2014, no issues.

check this forum out for more info. I did the swap and love it, you will probably need to adjust the height.
