Isnt that the stock "Sport Bumper Trim" you can buy as an option? I think they go for like $500. Total rip-off as they are mainly just plastic.

Thanks for the info. If it's that then I rader stick to a brush gard.
I'm still undecided, they offered me a Big Country brand, but I think it is expensive at 300.

Do NOT get the OEM guard; if it gets bumped, it will break and to install it you have to drill 4 holes in your bumper. Plastic JUNK!

We have a thread over in the "General Discussion" area for a group buy on the Strona Bull Bar. It is stainless steel and looks quite nice. Check it out as we will be ordering very soon...your name will need to be on the list to get the price though.

Hey man...... nothing wrong with the OEM bumper!!!! :D Mine came with the truck so I'm living with it:D :D

I do like the looks of the T&H bar. Looks stock.

hey trijicon,
was it easy to install the lights on that bar?

Ummm,.... not really, well sort of. I had to make my own mounts and toggle bolted them to the bumper and bar.

thanks! it looks good! I also noticed you have additional screws where the front license plate goes...I went to put my plate on and the holes dont match up with the factory holes...am I missing something?

There are dimples on the inside upper corner of those mounting tabs for the license plate. You need to put screws into those dimples in order to install the front plate.

Edit: There's a TSB at the end of this thread.

Here is the same bultimate bullbar in chrome:

And assuming you want to stay legal in a state that requires front license plates, you can get their license plate relocater kit:

BTW, 300 is not a bad price point for a decent bull bar, imho.

thanks for the info....exactly how does this plate relocator work? I cant seem to find any pics...

I've never liked the Westin Bull Bar or Ultimate Bull bar. It just make's the front end look so low. I think think they look great on lifted trucks though.

I would really have to see one on a 4R before I could pass judgement on how it look's on them.

I really like the T&H euro bar , look's factory and would''nt mind getting one of those , not sure if I should go stainless or black and have it painted to match the truck or the dark silver color of my tube step's and roof rack. I can get it painted for free so it would'nt cost anything more.
