My 1998 came without the fog (or driving?) lights. However, a guy on e-bay "snappylights" has a few more OEM Hella kits. It has the Toyota switch, mounting brackets, wiring with integrated connectors, directions, zip-ties, & of course the lights with clips designed to mount to our trim. You have to cut out a space for them in the plastic. Asking was 200. I bid 95. & paid 15. for shipping. It's what e-bay's supposed to be. Mine came in perfect shape. If you want the OEM kit for less, I don't know where you'll find it.
