OEM Look Nav on JBL 4Runner

I am trying to install a "Factory Look" aftermarket Nav unit in my 2004 4Runner. I really love this unit for the following reasons:

OEM Look NAV

-Price: $400 for an in-dash Nav/DVD/Media Player/Bluetooth cant be beat!
-OEM look
-Plug and play, no need to get extra adapters to get things like steering wheel controls to work. Even comes with iPod connector.
-Can run any windows CE based GPS software (TomTom, iGO, etc.)

HOWEVER, my only hurdle is that these units are plug-n-play for NON-JBL Toyotas, and I have the JBL sound system. I know that there are several adapters for connecting aftermarket headunits to the JBL system, but I cannot find any adapters to connect a standard (non JBL) toyota headunit to a JBL vehicle.

My first thought was to try to hunt down the harness that plugs into the back of the non-JBL headunit. From there I could splice this to the aftermarket-to-JBL adapter. I am having trouble finding the harness that would plug in to a standard toyota head unit.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can make this work?

I think what I would do in your situation is simply remove the JBL equipment. Install that unit you mentioned with a non-JBL female/connector adapter which will plug into the back of the unit, then run new wiring to the speaker locations for the new speakers you will need to install.
It may not be in your budget to install speaks right now, but that's what I would do. It's the least confusing and the least BS involved. Hell, the adapter for connecting into the JBL system costs almost as much or more than a good set of 2 or 3-way speaks (for the rear doors). Just drop a little more for a good component set for up front.

Might even be easier to just get the OEM Toyota navigation. It should just plug right in. The only thing you might have to change is the bezel around the radio. The JBL 6 disc has a different surround than the Navi or plain stereo.

I though about that, but theres 2 issues with that.

1) I would have to run A LOT of wire. I really dont want to have to replace the ~12 speakers including the ones in the very back.

2) I would still have to get the OEM wiring harness that would plug into the back of the non-JBL unit. It sounds like either way I have to get this harness - any ideas where?
