Had to cancel one order I had for wheels with "Free Shipping". Dealer called and classified it as over sized, wanted $180 extra to ship. Ordered from a local dealer with pickup instead and paid tax.

for what it is worth, I talked with a local parts guy and he is the only one working. They expected a few extra orders. No where near the amount of orders that they received.

what i noticed is you gotta look at multiple dealers. found items some dealers didnt offer.

lol i understand. i bought the black trd shift knob and the trd oil & radiator caps lol. random stuff haha. but i did pick up a few trd oil filters to justify my buy lol

i ended up picking up an air filter. I didn't want to miss out on this sale. I already got all the oil/rad caps and the black trd shift knob (which by the way, you will love, its badassery).

I reordered from a "local" Toyota dealer that allows free onsite pickup. It's in MA so I have to pay $32 in sales tax and I have to drive 90 miles to get them, buuuuuuuuuuut, they are really close to Tree House Brewing in Charlton.:cheers:

Ended up using the dealer in NY and getting everything shipped to me free and no tax,all I ordered was 10 oil filters though..I was going to pull the trigger on a skid plate,but stuck with my original plans of an aftermarket one,plus the red lettering is not my style. Really tempting at $215 though..

Haha, yeah I ordered from Dudley and paid the tax. The free shipping coupon appeared to have worked and saved me the hassle of driving there and back from Boston. 4 Grey TRD Pro Wheels and a TRD Skid plate are in my future. Would love to stop by Treehouse, but we have soooooo many good local beers. Trillium, Nightshift, Aeronaut, Lamplighter, Lord Hobo, etc. Now I really want an ice cold double IPA. This reminds me of some of the Black Friday stuff a few years back with Best Buy where people found codes to stack up crazy deals and everyone ended up getting their orders canceled.

i don't think order will be cancelled because the prices are legit but the free shipping wasn't supposed to be part of it so the dealership may call you to have you pay for shipping... i just placed a local order for pickup, they will have it ready for me by the time i'm off work

shipping on the skid for u was 18.50?!??! it was 40 for me!

I could be wrong. That was in addition to the 200 charge for the wheels. There may have been another charge; I didn't proceed to cart after that.

I found a closer dealer 1.5 hrs away, shipping from there is still 160 for the wheels. I'm still debating if it's worth the time to go pick them up myself. I really shouldn't be spending the money on wheels; I still need skids and good tires, plus I just pulled the trigger on RSG sliders on Sunday.

I have not checked but the discounted TRD price could be better a regular OEM pad price. The web site says these fit up to a 2014 model but I don't know why they wouldn't work on my 2016. :shrug:

Anybody who ordered from McGeorge toyota get a confirmation email that their order has processed? I got an email 6 hours ago saying mine is being processed.

Im gonna be so mad if they cancel my order tomorrow and i cant reorder my stuff with 40% off
