Received my skid plate today , probably going to remove the trd in lays and paint the plate black .

As I understand it on this model the inlays are actually fit into holes via a peg. So if you remove them you'll have holes which may not be a big deal if you paint the letter channels black.

Correct they do pop out , they will be put back in though most likely

Correct, I ordered pretty early in the morning so I was probably one of the first orders they got. Mine shipped same day. I would imagine they did not have enough wheels in stock to ship all right away and needed to get more from toyota.

I am going to sell off the Offroad wheels and Dunlop tires.... in MN.

I have decided to go with General grabber ATX in stock size(good reviews). I figure I'll be going from 30lbs/wheel and 39/lbs tire to 25lbs TRD wheel and 44lbs tire. That allows for keeping the total weight per wheel at exactly 69lbs for both sets.

Hopefully will put them on after the blizzard in MN. By the way, I had opted for pickup from dealer so took 2 working days.
