From what I read on the forum, the Solara unit does not.

It was one of the moderators who made the statement, that the Solara unit is better, because it's one unit (isn't the 4Runner unit 1 piece now)

and he said in his opinion, that the bluetooth, and MP3 isn't really that useful.

Seems like a lame excuse to me. The Runner Nav will already have the correct color LEDs and have the bluetooth and MP3 cape, which some people might use.
