Off Road Trails in Nashville Area.

I live in East Nashville off Gallatin Ave. I have 99 limited 2wd 3.4l auto. Yes 2wd but I have managed to go through dome nasty stuff. I also have 3" lift and 285/75R16 A/T's. I'm looking for some trails to go riding in even if there is mud just as long as its not 4x4 extreme.

I can mud ride pretty well so if there is a decent amount just let me know the level of nastiness it is.

Oh yeah to the heart. Been doing it as long as I can remember. I just really like riding through trails in the woods, drinking a cold one.

I am curious about this as well. New to the Nashville area, and I will be wanting to get my new 4Runner dirty soon!

Also curious about any open to the public trails near Cookeville.

i'm not sure of forest service roads in Middle Tennessee, but I am aware of some near the TN/NC border.
