Off-Roading in Belgium/Europe

I know this is primarily a US site, but I saw some dead threads from a couple folks who had been in Germany a few years ago. So I'm throwing up a hail mary here in hopes that someone knows of some spots for off-roading in/around Belgium. I've scoured the interwebs and haven't turned up much, so any guidance is appreciated.

Man.. if I had the money I'd have the 4Runner shipped out there just to hang out in the Belgium Forests!

Romania also has a beautiful mountain area...
