Off-roading question

I’m looking to break in my 4runner with my first trail soon but I’m not sure if theres anything I have to do before that. Such as registering it for off roading?

Oh boy you have some reading to do....
Examples of OHV are dirt bikes, quads, sxs, sand rails etc. vehicles that are not legal to be operated on public roadways

Since you have a truck you have access to all land as well as OHV areas

Did my first off road and water crossing at 30 days, the plates had shown up, but I left them off for a while to still look real new. Got a few comments with dealer name paper plates.

No need to wait, go out and enjoy.

I'm in Oregon now, we need an ATV sticker and park passes everywhere.

The ATV sticker irritates me. Just another form of tax.
