:hello:
Gunshot to the face at close range! Ouch!:AK47:
Yep. I tell people the scar is from a fight with a shark.I take it, you made a full recovery.
I'm sure you have your reasons Singtoe, but I will never understand why one person needs so many guns. If you own them for no other reason but the fact that you just like guns, you have to consider the opportunity costs. I bet you've got 15-20 grand worth of weapons there... that money could be doing work on your behalf, instead of looking cool in your closet.
No disrespect, to each their own, but I just saw that pic and went "holy crap! what's he gonna do with all those? Outfit a platoon?"
I've got two guns...a Remington 870 12ga Home Defense model with a LimbSaver on the back and 00 buck backed up with a couple slugs... that's for when I'm working nights, so there's a home defense gun that my wife can use without having to worry about precise aim or complicated mechanisms.
The other one is a XDM .40, and that's for putting a hole in any dangerous animals/hippies/bigfoots that I run into out on the trails.
Throw in a nice hunting rifle (I had a Winchester Model 70 30-06 that I sold because I don't hunt)... and what more does a man need?
Finally, if it hit the fan, I could carry them all at once, along with a crap ton of ammo. :gun6:
LMAO,
There was an ad for Mexican Chicken Recipes, Ramen Noodles, and Online Psychology Degrees at the bottom of your last post.
How did they know I was looking for all three of those!

I never buy anything at market value I try to buy everything used. Everything of mine increases in value so I consider it a hobby and recreation. All the money that I put into it (except ammo and cleaning supplies) is still there so there is no loss. Now mind you, I have been collecting firearms since I was 18 and at the time, SKS were $80 and AK's were $250. Now my sks are $400 and my AK's (preban) are $1200.
Now - buying a plate bumper, coil-overs, winch, diff locks, spacers, stereo and etc can be considered a hobby or recreation but after spending thousands of dollars on your 4runner, you will still have the same resale as if nothing was done and if you hold onto it for 5 more years, you would have lost half of its value.
Just food for thought.
you know you just jelly![]()
Im going to your house if a war ever breaks out here![]()
This is probably why I haven't bought a plate bumper yet.
