Official 5th Gen T4R Off-Road pics

Finally got around to posting this. Was in Moab from last Wednesday until Sunday. Ran Top of the World for the first time since 2013, Hell's Revenge and Poison Spider Mesa. Also happened to run into Charles Wells while we were on Top of the World. He was re-running the trail in a new Cherokee Trailhawk...it didn't make it to the top. He had to stop at the first big ledges near the loop and walk the rest of the way. Super nice guy. We talked for a while and I had him sign my copy of his Moab trails book. He was impressed a lightly modded 4Runner made it to the top. The trail is more eroded and the ledges are more dug out and higher than when I last ran it in 2013.

1st beach trail run with my recently purchased 15' TE. I'm amazed how well it handled with the stock suspension & tires with street pressure. Can't wait to install the 3" lift, wheels & tires next week!

Yeah, I really like the styling of the 10-13 Trail Editions. The new ones have definitely grown on me, and even made mine look dated, but I still like the black and silver color combo.

And, the astute observers will notice my wife breastfeeding in the passenger seat. I just realized that myself. That's gotta be worth something.

What roof rack is that? Looks like it works with the factory rails.

It's a homemade job of my own creation. I've been super pleased with it. Stout as can be and has held up well. The expanded metal offers an almost infinite amount of attachment opportunities. The pic shows the Maxtrax mounted.
