FYI guys, walmarts new policy. They will price match online prices in there store. This includes firearms from their online store as well as other online stores. I confirmed this with a manager and was told you just need to a mgr/;asst mgr to approve it, and obviously it needs to be same make/model etc.

What's weird is that they still won't match their own online prices.

I had to talk to a few people before i found someone who knew what they were actually talking about.

Our Online Price Match Policy

I knew nothing of a policy change, but just last weekend they priced matched for me, without question.

I had looked up a movie 3 pack online, it was $7.66. went to the store, and it was $9.95. not a huge difference, I was ok paying the labeled price, but I mentioned to the cashier that it was $7.66 online. she adjusted the price, and I was on my way. I was both surprised, and impressed.

Good to know. I tried just a few weeks ago and they stonewalled. I ended up taking their price to Target and they matched the PS4 bundle without question.

I just installed a Law Tactical folding stock adapter on to my Noveske 300 Blk pistol. Nifty little mod. It shortens the pistol by 7 1/2 when its folded and fits nicely in a day pack. The adapter is rock solid when locked up and can fire one round while folded. Unfortunately I had to remove the JP Enterprises Silent Captured Spring and reinstall a traditional spring/buffer. It's too bad because I really like the JP spring.

The only tools needed for installation is a castle nut wrench and a 9/64 allen wrench. They include a special flange tool. The folding process is tool-less. Push the button on the right side and fold the tube. It's a 1 second process. It adds 1 3/8" to the overall length when extended and subtracts about 7 1/2" when folded. The pistol is 19" folded, including the flash hider.

ON another note, what reloading equipment do you have? I literally just picked up a Dillon XL650 last week and am looking to pick up a RCBS Rockchucker, both replaced my tire Lee Turret press. WOW! What an upgrade!

Thanks Hulley. Congrats on the Dillon XL650. It's pretty much the cream of the crop for progressive presses. The engineering that went into it is impressive. If I'm ever in the market for a progressive, that would be my first choice.

I have a Forster Co-Ax press and Forster Ultra Mic dies. For the .458 Socom I use Redding dies. L.E.Wilson case gauges and case trimmer. RCBS Chargemaster 1500, Thumler's Tumbler, Lyman Case Prep Center, Magneto Speed V3 Chronograph and other misc stuff.

[MENTION=9322]Supra725[/MENTION] The Gen 4 has been flawless since day one. I got it to replace my Gen 3 .40 cal back when they it came out. I carried the Gen 4 as a duty weapon until I retired a couple years ago. It's been 100% reliable.

Although the Gen 3 was also 100% reliable, I liked a lot of the features of the new Gen 4. More aggressive texture on the handle, larger mag release, different size back straps for the handle. They beefed up the locking block and recoil spring to address reported cases of cracks in the block due to the higher pressures of the 40 cal. I didn't experience any of these problems in my Gen 3 but I did like the changes they made.

Since you have one SSE left, take advantage of it and grab a Gen 4 of your choosing. It'll be easy to sell if you decide you don't wanna keep it. JMHO

Here's a post I made awhile back on the Gen3 and Gen4

The Gen 4 has more aggressive texture for a better grip, med and large backstraps (pic shows no backstrap added). Larger mag release.

Gen 3 on the right, Gen 4 on the left. The Gen 4 has a beefier locking block and a wider channel between the rails to accommodate the larger recoil spring assembly.

The Gen 3 on top has a single flat wire captive spring. The Gen 4 below has a dual round wire captive spring.

The Gen 4 on the bottom has a slightly larger ejector.

The Gen 4 magazine has several small areas where the metal frame is exposed. The cartridge appears to ride slightly higher in the Gen 4. I've shot using Gen 3 magazines in the Gen 4 without any issues. Haven't tried it the other way around.

I'm sure there are more differences. Those are just the obvious ones. They both shoot the same and both have had zero malfunctions. I do however like the grip of the Gen 4 much better.

The cracks in the block were pretty much because people never replaced their recoil springs. If I remember correctly from armorers class it was only expected to last around 2500 rounds in a Gen3. I love my Glocks, and prefer Gen3's, but there is nothing wrong with a Gen4.

This is my baby Beretta Px storm .40s&w
I love this gun, recoil is minimum, fancy rotating barrel
12 pounds of pressure first shot, 4 pounds of pressure for the rest of the magazine.

Favorite ammo so far is HPR.

For home protection, I use federal hollow point.

Sits in my night stand at night. (No kids in my household)
Stored with trigger lock when I'm not home.

If they have a metal trigger group instead of the plastic "Remington" labeled ones, they're the good ones.
