I'll put those on my list. I'll be getting my permit in a few months so right now just trying to figure out what would suit me the best

Neither are for the faint of pocketbook. And best to get beforehand so you're already proficient with the firearm when the class comes around. Carrying a gun takes a good holster and some getting used to, it does help to know the firearm forwards and back.

My dad has a Glock 26 and I've shot it quite a bit I just don't like it(they seem similar but I'll look into it)

Anyway you cut it, you'regoing to purchase a few holsters, try them and either like them or hate them. Most who carry have at least holsters for each carry weapon but only 1 they really use. The others will be ok, but won'tfit and feel as good as the last one.
I've never liked Uncle Mike's except for transporting to/from range in a range bag so I don't have to deal with a bulky case. I'm a big fan of Crossbreed and Galco holsters, again pricey but worth it. Don't be dismayed they don't have holsters on the rack for the afore mentioned firearms, it takes only a couple weeks to have a holster made from either one. The reason they don't have those holsters is because neither gun is popular due to its price.

I didn't realize HK finally got around to updating the P2000sk with their newer more ergonomic grips and interchangeable backstraps. The new one is the P30SK, and it's almost the exact same size as the P2000sk. Having owned and experienced multiple HK products, I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend the newer model or drop money on it if I was in the market. I really liked the way the larger P30 felt when compared to my old USP, I imagine the P30Sk would be a similar improvement.

I've been saving for a while and would rather purchase a good quality product rather than a lower quality one especially when it comes to my ccw. Thanks for all the info

I have a buddy who has a H/K says it's the finest handgun he has ever owned... I don't know exactly which model i'll find out and report back.

I think my biggest fascination (given that I'm a history nerd) is with milsurp. Thankfully I started with an affordable to own and affordable to shoot MN. Finances dictate that I settle down for a bit for this year.

From your list of guns I dont think you should be worried about what to carry just yet, sounds like you need to get out and shoot as many types of hand guns as you can and get some experience and decide what fits your needs best before you even consider ccw.

I am currently running my AAC 762 SD on my R700 build and my custom AR. Planning on building a billet SBR from my buddy's custom uppers and lowers (Auger Precision). Then its off to try and get my MP5 build off the ground and register it as a MG

I have one it was actually given to me by a friend who lost his CCW... I take it out of the safe and exercise it.. I shoot my .45's more.. and believe it or not- my G19

My BHP is a Novak Custom beavertail.

It's probably the best shooting 9mm I've ever handled next to a semi-custom 1911 of the same price.

I wish BHP clones were as common as 1911s.

Bought the Ruger LCR chambered in 9mm last month. Since I live in the fine liberal state of Kalifornia liberals do not trust us with more than one side arm per month.

So my 30 day penance is over, and so this week I bought the Ruger LC380 CA.

But the cherry is that this week I got the Holy Grail here in anti-gun liberal utopia Mexifornia, my CCW. It took 6 months to dance thru the process but I'm good for 2 years now.

38 million legal and illegal liberals here and only 0.02% have a CCW.

Only DC and Hawaii (all islands combined total 183 CCW's) has a worse ratio.
