Quick question though, is that receiver correctly "marked"?

Sadly, it's not. that's to say it won't be until I move to a state that allows the last two positions to work. I'm a lefty so I had to replace the entire lower to get ambi controls so I figured I should be prepared for the future.

thats crazy that some class 3 are allowed but not all. oh well, at least you get to shoot suppressed and still have some bad ass guns

One of my friends is a type 7 FFL and owns a full auto lower so it is possible for his company to test out my upper. He's in the process of building a mp5-sd using an omega upper receiver. That's the dream

Well I decided to go out and out it through some paces since someone was nice enough to loan it out to me and do some testing.

I'll be the first to say I'm not a Ruger guy or Glock guy or what ever. I just like a pistol that shoots well and is easy to use and user friendly. What works for me will not work for everyone. Period!

So what that being said let the fun commence.

I had read some reviews on this pistol are for the most part all were good in the end stating it was a nice carry gun and shot well.

I'm honestly really shocked how well this pistol preformed today. I hope you enjoy.

Below are the results from ammo testing of different types and loads. In the end the Nosler Bonded Performance 124JHP loved this gun.

See Pics and stats below. All measurements were confirmed with a pair of calipers not a ruler or my eyes.

Best group I ever shot in my life was out of a MK18. 5 shots in the same hole at 100 BZO. I say that would work just fine.

I was cleaning up a hard drive and found a few old pictures that shows the progression of my long range bolt action rifles over the last couple of years.

My first precision rifle - Remington 700 AAC-SD .308, B&C A5 and vortex PST FFP 6-24x50. After shooting through quality glass, I quickly upgraded to the Razor Gen 2

Then I decided to go chassis - Accuracy International AXMC chassis with a Spuhr mount

I wanted to get into precision tactical rifle matches and at the ranges we were shooting at (1400-1600 yards), the 308 put me at a disadvantage. Enter the Ruger Precision in 6.5 Creedmoor last February

A month later, my competition H&H Precision 6.5 Creedmoor arrived.

Little cold weather shooting a week ago.

I was cleaning up a hard drive and found a few old pictures that shows the progression of my long range bolt action rifles over the last couple of years.



Great setup brother..have the same and running an AAC can..damn! can't beat a suppressed bolt action

Ok my fellow shooters I guess Ill ask here-


SO Santa left me a nice little present this year. Well after I took it out and broke it in I noticed that I was missing my point of aim alot. My groups were solid but off to the left about three inches. So I had the sights looked at and they are correct. Next outing some thing all to the left at 9oclock but really good groups (rounds touching) I really started to get mad about it so I switched to the left hand and left eye. BOOM all in the bull and all touching together like I normally shoot. SO the questions is this, What the hell is going on here.

I really looked at the front site post when shooting with my right eye and noticed the site picture was not real clear at all as it was with the left. Is it time for an eye exam again? That is were I'm at to this point.

Thanks man!! I made the mistake of shooting an AAC can on my 308 a while back and I was hooked.

Take a look at your trigger finger placement. You might have too much fingertip. There's a great image on google that will illustrate proper position. Hopefully that helps. Happy shooting!

I take it you are shooting a side-arm..if so hopefully its not astigmatism but I have had similar challenges at times...comes and goes w/age and I life of special shhtuf.

Personally, I shoot reflex sights ..both eyes open now unless I am precision long range and even that has variables
