I have a S&W shield that I carry, my problem is the holster. I had a cheap one and got rid of it immediately. Then bought the targas leather one and while it’s much better I’m still not too comfortable with it. I carry on my right hip on my belt. I don’t like inside the waistband holsters. I guess I’m looking for a holster like the targas one but just not leather. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just completed my 14.5" BCM ELW build. Still need to the install the Seekins Precision Ambi. Safety but its pretty much done. Off to the range for zeroing.

Along with my two other BCM builds: 16" Mid-length Standard and a 11.5" BFH pistol build.

Still have 3 stripped lowers that I need to build. Have the Daniel Defense 300 S and MK18 FDE on the UPS truck right now. I'm done with AR's after my remaining lowers are built.

I am not a gun nut, but like to have those available that are functional for self-defense for when the Zombies or Democrats attack lol.

Being a retired US Marshal I have handled and used a variety of weapons over my career and life, and have found that the most reliable for me in handguns are Glocks. I also like to have a high capacity semi-auto rifle as well.

added this to the inventory today. also looking at a Remington 870 Marine Magnum (12 Gauge) wondering if anyone has one or if anyone has another option I should consider

I was going to go shoot my new toy today but the sights are all wonky.
The carry handle is not compatible with the front sight.
Front is screwed all the way down and the rear is all the way up and its still not enough.
Whoops...user error all is well, had the laser sight in tool, set a little off. (in barrel style)

Del-Ton 16" upper.
Just slapped it on my old 1998 Olympic Arms Lower.
2 guns in one. Sniper and QCB just switch it out...I can only really shoot one rifle at a time...and hit something.

I like the older style/looks as compared to the tactical stuff that's all over now...just me.

It's gun grabbing time again, so I built two, that's right two PDWs, and filed stamps on them.

Right now they're rocking Maxim pistol braces that can easily be converted to stocks once the tax stamps come back from uncle Fed.

PDW no.2 is awaiting parts for completion, but here's a BCM to keep everyone happy.

Nice setup...pistol braces have evolved a lot since the Sigs! sweet!

Look forward to seeing the SBR builds. Personally, in regards to the pic, I would move the light to the 3 or 9 o'clock position and end of the bezel even or slightly forward with the edge of the rail system and mbus moved full forward on the top rail.....just a concern of carbon build on the light mounted as is.

The x300s are pretty resilient to heat and muzzle blast. That one is like 10 years old and has been blasted by SBRs without any ill effect.

I think I started putting lights at 12:00 at a Vickers class years ago.

The gas block kinda makes it hard to mount the light any further back than it is, but it is in the blast zone of the A2 at any of the positions except at 6:00, and I don't like it there.

Nice A2 Setups. I just found a 16" CAR-15 upper to use with my old SP-1 lower. Unfortunately, taxes didn't go my way. may take a few months.

Surefire is a definitely a tried and tested platform..been using for many years and agree on the 6 position. Happy shooting

Got my first SBR stamp back at the end of November and first suppressor stamp back at the beginning of January...this should keep me satisfied for awhile with AR's. Been looking at picking up an SP01 lately though...

Have you had any issues with your PRO mounts shifting around? I had one on my 6720 that would need to be snapped against the torque clicks a few times after each magazine or it would slide forward and backward in the rail.
