offset for new rims ??

Hello all -

looking to run a 285/60/18 but can't seem to sort out a decent rim option - mostly due to conflict on the correct offset...

I was considering the AR Victor teflon in black for the anti-bling look...... but the offest on the `8x 9.5 rim is neg 19mm...... will this work to move the rim out further or in more ???
